摘要
[目的]了解小学生早餐营养状况,为制订城乡小学生合理平衡膳食措施提供科学依据。[方法]2008年,在利津县辖区内随机抽取1所城区小学和1所乡镇小学,对1613名小学生进行调查。[结果]调查小学生1613人,早餐膳食质量好的占8.43%,质量一般的占37.57%,质量差的占53.99%。早餐膳食质量好的所占比例,城区、乡镇小学生分别为9.15%、7.66%,男生、女生分别为8.54%、8.30%,1~6年级分别为10.98%、8.95%、9.26%、8.46%、5.84%、7.34%,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。[结论]利津县城乡小学生的早餐膳食质量较差。
[Objective]To understand the nutritional status of breakfast among primary school students, provide scientific basis for making measure to provide balanced and reasonable diet for students. [Methods]Investigation was conducted among 1 613 students randomly selected from 1 urban and rural town primary schools respectively in 2008. [Results]Of the 1 613 students investigated,Only 8. 43% of them had nutritional breakfast. 37.57% of them had breakfast with general nutrition,while 53, 99% of them had breakfast with poor nutrition. 9.15% and 7.66% of the students in urban and town schools had nutritional breakfast,male and female students accounted for 8.54% and 8.30% respectively. Students from grade 1 to 6 accounted for 10.98% ,8.95% ,9.26% ,8. 46% ,5.84% and 7.34% respectively. There was no difference ( P 〉0. 05). [Conclusion]The nutritional quality of breakfast in students of urban and town primary schools was poor in Lijin county.
