摘要
[目的]掌握旅店卫生安全现状,为卫生监管提供决策依据。[方法]对入住旅店的消费者进行问卷调查。[结果]发放调查表1 000份,回收有效调查表764份,普通旅店(招待所)、一至二星级宾馆、三至五星级宾馆的卫生状况满意度分别是62.1%、76.3%、87.4%,三者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),公共用品用具、集中空调通风系统的清洗消毒是消费者最为关注的卫生问题。[结论]卫生监督部门应合理分配卫生监督资源,对风险低、信誉高的星级宾馆简化监督,对风险高、信誉低的普通旅店(招待所)强化监督,建立卫生管理的信用体系。
[Objective]To understand the hygienic status in hotels, provide scientific basis for health supervision and inspection. [Methods]A questionnaire survey was conducted for consumers in the hotels. [Results]10 000 pieces of questionnaires were delivered, 764 effective questionnaires were received. The satisfaction degree of the hygienic status for ordinary hotels,1-2 star and 3-5 star hotels was 62.1% ,76.3 and 87.4% respectively. There was a difference( P 〈0. 01). The most concerned sanitary issues were cleaning and disinfection of public articles and appliances and ventilation system of central air-conditioner. [Conclusion] Health supervision resources must be distributed reasonably. Supervision and inspection for low-risk and high-prestige star hotels must be simplified while for high-risk and low-prestige must be strengthened. Credit system of sanitary administration must be established.
