摘要
本文通过锌系磷化处理剂中的不同锌离子浓度,对磷化膜形成的影响进行显微分析。研究了锌系磷化处理剂中主要成分锌离子的浓度,对磷化膜微观结构的影响,得出最佳锌离子浓度范围,实验表明在最佳锌浓度范围工作的磷化处理剂所形成的磷化膜的抗腐蚀能力最强。
The influences of phosphating coating treatment with different concentrations of Zn ion to Phosphating coating by microstructure are analyzed in this paper,The formulas of Phosphating Coating treatment with different concentrations of Zn ion have been examined.The perfection of concentration of Zn ion was educed by examination,the corrosion resistance of phosphating coating is better than other concentrations in the concentration of Zn ion.
