生物乙醇脱水反应中副产物的色谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用HPLC法,以二次蒸馏水为流动相,用SUGAR SC1011(Shodex公司)色谱柱为固定相,紫外检测器检测波长为192nm。在70℃温度条件下,分离乙醇脱水制乙烯工艺探索中所生成的副产物乙醛、乙醚、丙酮和未完全反应的乙醇等液体组分,准确测定这些组分的含量,且探讨此方法的精密度、线性关系和回收率。 The dehydration by products of acetaldehyde,ethanol,ethylether and acetone in the condensate were determined by HPLC,which was equipped with SUGAR SC1011 column (Shodex,Japan) and UV detector. The components above-mentioned were separated under the following chromatographical conditions :deionized redistilled water was used as mobile phase,the samples were detected at 192nm and at temperature of 70℃. The precision,the correlation coefficient and detect limits were studied.
