摘要
用矢量和矩阵理论建立了适用于MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真的曲柄、RRRII级杆组运动学和动力学数学模型,以该数学模型编制了M函数仿真模块,对给定的颚式破碎机7R六杆II级机构进行了建模和仿真,通过仿真得到各转动副的反力及驱动力矩.其主要目的是以构成机构的基本杆组为仿真模块,搭建杆组MATLAB/SIMU-LINK仿真模型,可以对不同类型平面连杆机构进行动力学仿真和分析.
The kinematics and dynamic complex formula of crank and 3R Ⅱ degree basic bar groups is derived by vector and matrix theory. The complex formula is applied to the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation. According to the matrix formula,M-function of crank and 3R Ⅱ degree basic bar group is made up for simulation model block. It is made modeling and simulating for a given Jaw Crusher 7R six-bar Ⅱ degree plant linkage mechanism. It is getting all anti-rotation force and driving torque of mechanism through simulating. Main idea of the paper is to build MATLAB/SIMULINK kinematics and dynamic simulation model for various types of lower pair mechanism by cell of basic bar groups.
