摘要
抗生素的广泛、不规范使用使得细菌耐药问题日趋严重,在对细菌抗生素耐药机制的研究中,了解其生化机理尤为重要。本文对耐药菌灭活酶,靶位结构的改变、主动外排、摄取减少,形成生物被膜,建立新代谢途径等作一综述。
The widespread and non-standard use of antibiotics has resulted in the increasingly serious problem of bacte- rial resistance. Reseach on biochemical mechanisms is a crucial part of the study of the mechanisms of antibiotic resistance of bacteria. This paper has reviewed inactivated enzymes, changes in the target structure, active el'flux, reduced uptake, formation of biofilms, and the establishment of new metabolic pathways in research on the biochemical mechanisms of an- tibiotic resistance in bacteria.
