摘要
本文研究了镉中毒鲤鱼血液、中肠、肾脏无机磷和蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明，受水中Ｃｄ２＋的影响，中肠、肾脏的无机磷含量下降，其中，中肠在１６ｍｇ／ｌ和３２ｍｇ／ｌ组显著降低；肾脏在３２ｍｇ／ｌ组显著降低；血液在三个浓度组无机磷含量基本不变。血液、肾脏、中肠受水中Ｃｄ２＋影响，蛋白质含量下降。血液、肾脏在３２ｍｇ／ｌ组显著降低；中肠在１６ｍｇ／ｌ、３２ｍｇ／ｌ组都呈极显著降低。
