Based on the scientific theory of project management, the requirement analysis of information system of Transportation Manufacture Center of Shanghai Branch of China Coal Research Institute is achieved by the scientific analysis, effective management and control of cost, personnel, progress, quality and risk in project in order to ensure the quality, the smooth implementation and application of the information system.
