冠心病伴发的抑郁与人格、应对方式和社会支持的关系

Relationship among depression associated coronary heart disease and personality,coping style and social support

目的:研究冠心病伴发的抑郁情绪与人格、应对方式和社会支持的关系。方法:对240例住院冠心病患者应用自评抑郁量表、简式大五人格量表、特质应对方式问卷和领悟社会支持量表进行调查,对收集到的数据进行相关分析和多元逐步回归分析。结果:抑郁组(90例)与非抑郁组(150例)冠心病患者在人格的外向性、神经质、严谨性、开放性以及社会支持总分和家庭外支持上均存在显著性差异(P<0.05～<0.01);冠心病伴发的抑郁情绪与患者人格的外向性、开放性、神经质、严谨性,应对方式与社会支持显著相关(r=-0.293～0.582,P<0.01);人格的神经质、社会支持总分、积极应对和公正严谨性进入抑郁的回归方程(β=-0.18～0.30,P<0.05～<0.01)。结论:人格的神经质、社会支持、积极应对和公正严谨性是影响冠心病伴发抑郁情绪的关键因素。

Objective： To study the relationship among depression associated coronary heart disease （CHD） and personality, coping style and social support. Methods： A total of 240 CHD patients were investigated by schedule table： self--rating depression scale （SDS）, NEO-Five factor inventory （NEO-FFI）, trait coping style questionaire （TCSQ） and perceived social support scale （PSSS）. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out for the collected data. Results： ①There were significant differences in extraversion, neuroticism, conscientiousness and openness of personality traits, social support and support out of family between depression group （90 cases） and non-depression group （150 cases）, P〈0.05-〈0.01; ②depression extents was related to extraversion, openness, agreeableness, neuroticism, conscientiousness of personality characteristics, Coping style and social support （r=- 0. 293-0. 582, P〈0.01） ; ③ The neuroticism of personality, social support, actively coping style and conscientiousness of personality enter the regression equation of depression （β=-0.18-0.30, P〈0.05-〈0.01 Conclusion： Neuroticism of personality, social support, actively coping style and conscientiousness of personality are key factors inducing depression in coronary heart disease.
