摘要
目的:调查军队医院聘用护士工作压力反应情况及原因分析。方法:采用的问卷包括:工作压力反应量表和工作压力源评分量表。结果:军队医院聘用护士组(230例)工作压力反应项目的"睡眠状况不佳"、"焦虑紧张"、"情绪低落",工作压力源的"护理专业与工作"、"工作环境与资源"、"管理与人际关系"评分显著高于在编护士组(105例),P均<0.05。结论:军队医院中聘用护士的工作压力偏大,应加强职业教育与管理。
Objective: To analysis the work stress response and its causes of employment nurses in military hospitals. Methods: The used questionnaire include: Work pressure rating scale and work pressure source rating scale in this study. Results: The "poor sleep" , " anxiety and stress", " depression " scores of work stress response item and "the nursing profession and work" , "distribution of the working environment and resources" and "management and interpersonal relationships" scores of work pressure source in employment nurses group (230 cases) were significantly more than those of nurses inscribe on list group (105 cases), P〈0. 05 all. Conclusion: The work pressure of employment nurses in military hospitals is more than that of nurses inscribe on list, their vocational education must be strengthen.
