自然高温下耐热散叶莴苣(Lactuca sativa var.Crispa L.)品种的筛选 被引量:5

SCREENING FOR HEAT-RESISTANT LEAF LETTUCE VARIETIES UNDER NATURAL HIGH TEMPERATURE

摘要 根据盛夏季节田间植株生长势以及抽薹性的表现状况,对有关国内外散叶莴苣种质进行了为期3年的观察比较研究,成功地筛选出了耐热与抗抽薹性都显著优于目前国内及本市主栽品种“广东软尾”与“翠叶”,并具有较高产量水平和增产作用十分显著的2个国内散叶莴苣品种——9547与9542。品比试验的研究结果表明,9547与9542具有高温下长势旺、不易抽薹且产量水平较高的特性。与“广东软尾”和“翠叶”相比,9547和 9542各自分别晚抽薹 18.7d~12. 6d和 15. gd~9.8d。盛夏大田的产量水平分别达 931kg/666. 7m^2和 922kg/666.7m^2,平均分别较“广东软尾”和“翠叶”增产 60. 57%和 92.28%。9547和 9592的基质栽培的产量水平分别为 1594kg/666.7m^2和174kg/666.7m^2,较“广东软尾”(对照)分别增产 82.92%和34. 73%,因此这两个品种是本市及长江中下游邻近地区盛夏季节散叶莴苣生产上的理想替代品种。 Leaf lettuce varieties 9547 and 9542 are successfully screened out through three years comparative observation study of some domestic and exotic leaf lettuce germplasm materials introduced from home and abroad according to the field growth vigour and bolting resistance states in summer. They are significantly more resistant to heat and bolting than the domestic leading variety 'Guangdongruanwei' and our local leading variety 'Cuiye' and have a quite high yield. The results of varietal comparative test show that leaf lettuce varieties, 9547 and 9542, are characterized by the strong growth, late bolting and high yield under the condition of high temperature. Compared with 'Guangdongruanwei' and 'Cuiye',9547 and 9542 are bolting 18.7d-12.6d late and 15.9d-9.8d late respectively. The unit area yield for field culture of 9547 and 9542 in Summer reach 931kg/666. 7m2and 922kg/ 666.7m' respectively or the average yield of them is 60.57% and 92.28% higher than 'Guangdonruanwei' and 'Cuiye' respectively. The unit area yield for substrat culture of 9547 and 9542 reach 1594kg/666.6m2 and 1174kg/666. 7m2 respectively or 82.92% and 34.73% higher than 'Guangdongruanwei' (CK) respectively. Thus they are considered to be ideal replace varieties for summer season leaf lettuce production in Shanghai suburbs and adjacent areas of middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River
