军事通信与通信指挥管理信息系统是现代综合电子信息系统的重要组成部分。重点对现代军事通信系统中短波通信、超短波通信、卫星通信、散射通信、流星余迹通信、军事光通信等多种传输手段、军用认知无线电等特点和发展趋势及新技术、关键技术进行了论述,同时对通信指挥管理信息系统相关技术进行了阐述。

This paper describes the characteristics, development trend, new and key technologies of militarily cognitive radio communications and other communication means such as short wave communication, ultra-short wave communication, satellite communication, scatter communication, meteor trail communication, military optical communication; discusses some technologies related with communication command management information system.
