摘要
亚洲棉茎叶茸毛少而短,比克氏棉茎叶茸毛多而长,山西农业大学棉花育种组创育的〔(亚×比)〕F1双二倍体(2n=4x=52,A2A2G1G1),茎、叶茸毛多而长,表明比克氏棉这一多毛抗虫性状被表达出来,本文用(亚×比)F1双二倍体与茸毛稀少的栽培四倍体海岛棉杂交,其多而密的茸毛性状能继续在杂种F1中得到表达。
The stem and leaf of G.arboreum L.are covered with less and shorter pubscence,while those of G.bickii are covered with more and longer pubscence.By hybridization,allotetraploid (2n=4x=52,A 2A 2G 1G 1) inherited the character of more pubscence from G.bickii.In this study,by crossing the allotetraploid (A 2A 2G 1G 1) with (G. barbadense L. (AADD) 2;the more and longer pubscence contined to appear in the stem and leaf of the hybrid F 1.
