鬼针草(Bidens bipinnata L.)多倍体的诱变

The Induction of Autopolyploid of Bidens bipinnata L.

我们用改良琼脂法对鬼针草（ＢｉｄｅｎｓｂｉｐｉｎｎａｔａＬ．）进行多倍体诱变，其诱变率达５５％。多倍体后代Ｂ—９７的生物学特征与对照相比有显著差异。Ｂ—９７叶片面积是对照叶面积的１．５—２倍；果实长度比对照增大１７．５％；气孔器长度约是对照的１．５倍。Ｂ—９７结实极度下降。

We induced autopolyploid of Bidens bipinnata L.by way of improving agar smear.The rate of induction was 50%.The autopolyploid B 97 differ widely from its parents diploid in biological characteristics.The leaf area of B 97 was 1 5 or 2 times as large as the area of diploid,the length of stoma of B 97 was about 1 5 times as long as their parents and the fruit longth increased by 17 5%.The rate of fructification of B 97 decreased rapidly.
