高淳县水资源承载能力多目标综合评价研究

Multi-objective comprehensive evaluation of water resources bearing capacity in Gaochun County

在分析高淳县水资源状况的基础上,以可持续发展为出发点,从社会经济系统、生态环境系统和水资源系统3个方面构建了区域水资源承载能力评价指标体系,根据该指标体系和模型,对高淳县进行实例分析。分析结果表明:高淳县生态环境属于好层次,在进行水资源二次平衡的前提下,高淳县2010年和2015年的社会经济发展方案均选择方案B。

Based on analysis of the status in quo of water resources in Gaochun County and in accordance with the sustainable development,an evaluation index system for the bearing capacity of regional water resources was established from the aspects of soci-economic system,ecological system and water resources system.By use of the index system and model,Gaochun County was taken as an example.The analytic results show that the ecological environment of Gaochun County is satisfactory.Under the perquisite of the second balance of water resources,the soci-economic development of Gaochun County in 2010 and 2015 should take schemes plan B.
