摘要
对镁合金微弧氧化膜层结构进行分析测试,所采用的手段主要有X–ray、SEM、EDS和XPS。通过测试发现,膜层中的物相Mg、MgO、MgSiO3、MgAl2O4会随着膜层深度的不同有不同的分布。通过表面价态和结合能的分析,发现膜层中还含有少量的SiO2和Al2O3。并测试了一些含Mn或Cr的着色膜表面,发现样品表面不含有Mn或Cr元素,这些元素应该是通过表面层多孔结构进入到膜层较深处参与反应并分布在膜层深处。
An analysis and a measurement were done on the micro-arc oxidizing (MAO) coating of magnesium alloy. These tools include X-ray, EDS, XPS. The measurement shows that the distribution of Mg, MgO, MgSiO3, MgAl2O4 are different depending on the depth of MAO coatings. According to the binding energy the films maybe contain small amount SiO2 and Al2O3. The surface of coloring films containing Mn or Cr was test. The result shows that there are not Mn and Cr on these samples' surface. So these elements must go down along the pores, react in the deep places and become one part of the deep coatings.
