摘要
对镍刷镀层进行滚压加工,采用扫描电镜、显微硬度计观察和测试镍刷镀层滚压前后的组织形貌和硬度,并在MM200摩擦磨损试验机上考察了两种镀层的磨损性能,并对镀层的强化机理进行了分析。结果表明,同镍刷镀层相比,经滚压加工处理后的镀层表面更为平整,粗糙度降低,镀层硬度达到561HV0.1,是原始镀层硬度(433HV0.1)的1.3倍,在200 N和400 N载荷下,镀层相对耐磨性分别达到2.33和1.40,这主要是由于镀层表面加工硬化所致。
Rolling was used to strengthen Ni electro-brush plating. The microstructure of coatings was characterized by SEM, micro hardness, and the wear property was test by MM200 wearing machine, the mechanism of wear was discussed. The result shows that coating surface became smoother after rolling, the hardness of coating was 561HVo.1, which was 1.3 times than the origin(433HV0.1). Under the condition of 200 N and 400 N, the relative wear-resistance was 2.33 and 1.40 respectively, which was due to the work hardening of coating.
