摘要
主要研究了矿渣细度和掺量对水泥性能的影响。结果表明:矿渣的加入能影响水泥的凝结时间、标准稠度用水量和水泥强度,但粒度的变化对水泥的凝结时间和标准稠度用水量影响不明显;矿渣越细越有利于提高和改善水泥的性能,提高产品质量,有利于增加在水泥中的掺加量,有效改善水泥性能,并能大幅度降低生产能耗和成本。
The influence of slag fineness and mix amount to cement performance has been mainly studied in this article. The result indicates that the slag can affect setting time, normal consistency water requirement and strength of cement. But granularity change has not obvious influences to cement setting time and normal consistency water requirement. Finer slag is more advantageous in cement performance, which increases mixed material quantity, improves cement performance, and reduce, production energy consumption and cost in large scales.
