摘要
利用风险管理理论,总结了国际工程承包中面临的风险的来源、类别,阐述了国际工程承包中的风险的识别、分析、评估方法,初步探索了风险的控制和应对策略,从而帮助承包商在国际工程承包中正确进行风险管理。
This paper summarizes the sources and varieties of risks facing contractors in international contracting with the methods of risk identification, analysis, and assessment. The measures of how to control and answer these risks are described to hopefully assist the international contractor to correctly win the competition in that global market.
