出口信用保险存在的问题及对策

阐述了出口信用保险在规避企业收汇风险、促进重点行业出口以及提高国家整体信用方面的重要作用,分析了我国出口信用保险存在的问题。在介绍各国普遍采用的信用保险模式的基础上,结合我国国情提出了相应的政策建议。

This paper begins with the basic meaning of export credit insurance （ECI ）, on which analyzes the importance of ECI with regard to preventing the risks from collecting exchange funds improbably, promoting the export of important sectors and improving the risk-resisting ability of the whole county . Then this paper makes some analysis on the problems of ECI in China. As a way to cope with these problems, this paper proposes relevant strategic suggestions on the basis of introduction about the prevailing ECI patterns employed by common counties.
