摘要
本文介绍了一种介质谐振振荡器的设计方法,电路拓扑采用晶体管共基方式,提高起振效果,应用串联反馈方式将介质腔耦合。借助计算机辅助设计软件,以负阻振荡原理为依据,设计了一款工作于S波段下的振荡器电路。
The paper introduces a design of a dielectric cavity resonator oscillator, the circuit topology adopts a bipolar transistor in the common -base configuration to improve the oscillatory condition, and the dielectric resonator is coupled with microstrip line in the series feedback type. With the computer-aided design software. It designs an s - band oscillator circuit based on the principle of negative resistance.
