摘要
用高效液相色谱法及紫外分光光度法分别测定盐酸林可霉素、盐酸环丙沙星的含量，结果表明，线性关系良好，回收率满意，适用于该产品的含量测定。
A method for detecting the contents of Lincomycin hydrochloride and Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in the complicated mixture by HPLC and UV spectrophotometry was developed .The results showed a good linearity and satisfactory recovery, it can be used for quantitative analysis.
