On the Ideology Liberation of Higher Education Institutions

在新的发展阶段,制约高等学校发展的瓶颈很多,要打破这些瓶颈首要的就是思想解放。"思想解放是关键,教学改革是核心。"高等学校思想解放主要包括解放思想的主体与内涵,解放思想在学科建设、师资队伍建设、教学改革的体现等方面。

This paper points out that there are many bottlenecks in higher educational development. It argues that the ideology liberation is the key, teaching reform is the core and only these means can make breakthroughs. The liberation issues are discussed here, including institutions and people of higher education, starting points about thinking ways, learning and practice which embody in the disciplines building, teaching staff stimulating, teaching reform, and so on.
