试论我国现行政治体制下构建有限政治市场的必要性——以贵阳市“公推竞岗”为例

On Necessity of Constructing the Limited Political Market under China's Political System:Taking Guiyang City's "Public Recommendation and Competitive Position" as an Example

目前我国政治体制是由原先的"计划经济—政治集权"全能主义旧体制,向具有中国特色的民主政治过渡的一种具有政治现代化特点的新权威主义政治体制。这种过渡性决定了其体制内生的一些矛盾和问题。构建有限政治市场是在保持现行政治体制模式下,在基层领导干部任用上,进行政治竞选。贵阳市的公推竞岗,就是在县级政权层面对构建有限政治市场的一种探索。

At present, China＇s political system is a new author/tarian political system, transiting from the planned economy-the political centralization of all-around cure the old system to democratic politics with Chinese and modernized characteristics. This type of transition determines the contradictions and problems in its political system. Constructing a limited political market is under the condition of maintaining the existing political system model, launching the political campaign in cadres at the grass-roots appointments. Guiyang City＇s ＂public recommendation and competitive position＂ in the county government level is a political exploration to construct the limited political market, and is an effective way to solve the current political system＇s inner contradictions and problems.
