戎州山谷祠及其文化意义

Shanngu Temple in Rongzhou(Ancient Yibin) and Its Cultural Significance

戎州山谷祠系戎州人士为纪念黄庭坚而修建,建于南宋,迭加修葺,至今已达七百余年。戎州人曾在山谷祠共祭诸葛亮,建筑总体共三合两分。山谷祠自修建以来,便对宜宾的文化交流和文化繁荣产生了积极的作用,是本土文化和外来文化交流融汇的一个典型范例。

Shangu Temple in Rongzhou （ancient Yibin） is built by local people for memorizing Huang Ting-jian in South Song Dynasty. After several constructions, the temple has its histo~ about 700 years. In a period, Local people have also sacrificed Zhuge Liang in the same temple. Both persons are sometimes sacrificed together or separately. After the temple is built, it has a positive influence on cultural communication and boom in Yibin. It has become a typical example of the communication between local culture and outside culture.
