布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Budesonide Combined with Inhalation of Salbutamol Sulfate Treatment in Children with Bronchial Asthma

目的:观察布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2007年2月至2008年5月确诊的支气管哮喘患儿96例随机分为两组,各48例。对照组采用常规治疗加氨茶碱及肾上腺皮质激素静脉点滴,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予布地奈德气雾剂加硫酸沙丁胺醇压缩泵雾化吸入。观察两组治愈率及解除主要症状和体征的时间。结果:治疗组患儿咳嗽、喘憋、哮呜音消失时间明显比对照组短,差异均有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘起效快,疗效显著。

Objective ：To observe clinical efficacy of the badesonide combined with inhalation of salbutamol sulfate treatment in children with bronchial asthma. Methods： in our hospital the confirmed 96 cases of children with bronchial asthma during February 2007 - May 2008 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group with conventional therapy plus aminophylline and intravenous drip adrenocorticotropic hormone; Observation Group with budesonide and nebulized inhalation of salbutamol sulfate besides conventional treatment, were observed cure rate and relieved time of the main symptoms and signs. Results：Children in observation group with cough, asthma, wheezing sound disappeared significantly than the control group, the differences were significant. Conclusion：treatment of Budesonide combined with inhalation of salbutamol sulfate in childhood asthma is fast, having significant effect.
