针灸结合中药内服治疗老年性腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion with Chinese Traditional Internal Medicine in Senile Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察针灸结合中药内服治疗老年性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将114例患者随机分为治疗组58例和对照组56例,治疗组以针灸结合中药内服治疗,对照组以针灸治疗。结果:3个疗程后,治疗组总有效率91.38%,对照组总有效率83.93%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,说明针灸结合中药内服不失为治疗老年性腰椎间盘突出症的有效途径。

Objective：To observe the results of Senile Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated by Acupuncture and moxibustion with Chinese traditional internal medicine. Methods： 114 patients were divided stochastically into the treatment group 58 treated by acupuncture and moxibustion with Chinese traditional internal medicine; Control group 56 treated by acupuncture and moxibustion. Results：After three procedure, treatment group total effectiveness 91.38% , control group total effectiveness 83.93 %, Comparison difference of two group was the significance （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： The treatment group in curative effect surpasses the control group obviously;It is said that the acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese traditional internal medicine is effective way for the treatment of senile Lumbar Disc Herniation.
