中医综合治疗脊髓型颈椎病60例观察

Comprehensive Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Cervical Spondulotic Myelopathy in 60 Patients

目的:通过对60例脊髓型颈椎病患者中医综合治疗效果分析,客观评价中医综合治疗轻度脊髓型颈椎病的有效性、安全性。方法:60例脊髓型颈椎病患者采用颈椎牵引、手法治疗、中药内服、功能锻炼等综合疗法,观察治疗效果。结果:治愈20例,显效27例,有效9例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%。结论:中医综合治疗骨髓型颈椎病疗效确切,操作简便,经济负担轻,值得临床推广。

Objective：To analyse the therapeutic ceffect of 60 cases of cervical spondylotie myelopathy patients with trearment of Chinese medicine ;to evaluate objectively the effectiveness and security of integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment of mild cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods ： Observed the effect of the treatment in 60 cases of cervical spondulotie myelopathy patients with the use of cervical traction, manipulation tberapa, took medicine and functional trained as comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Results ：20 cases were cured,27 cases effective,9 cases less effective and four cases not effective, total effective rate of 93.33%. Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy is effective and easy to operate. Meanwhile, the financial burden is lower and worthy to be popularized.
