健康教育干预对小夹板外固定患者并发症的影响

Health Education Intervention on Patients with Small Splint Fixation Complications

目的:探讨健康教育干预对小夹板外固定患者并发症的影响。方法:选取我科住院的105例尺桡骨骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组按常规进行入院宣教和出院指导,观察组在此基础上实施健康教育干预。结果:观察组患者并发症低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育干预可以减少或杜绝小夹板外固定后的并发症。

Objective：To explore the health education intervention on patients with external fixation splints complications. Methods：Selected 105 cases of hospitalized patients with Ulna and radius fractures, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, Two groups of gender, age, education level, disease severity, were not differences （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Observer Group were in the treatment of a series of health education intervention, the control group were according to conventional education and guided when admission and discharged from hospital. Results： In the observer Group patients with complications after external fixation is lower than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Health education intervention can reduce or eliminate the complications of small splint after external fixation.
