循证护理在预防危重患者腹泻中的应用

Application of Evidence-Based Nursing in the Prevention of Diarrhea in Critical Patients

目的:探讨循证护理在预防危重患者腹泻中的应用效果。方法:将488例危重患者随机分为对照组244例和观察组244例,分别使用传统的护理和循证的护理方法,观察腹泻发生情况。结果:两组腹泻比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),循证护理方法的腹泻发生情况明显低于传统的护理方法。结论:应用循证的护理方法能有效地预防危重患者腹泻,提高护理质量。

Objective：To evaluate the evidence -based nursing in the prevention of diarrhea in critical patients. Methods： 488 cases of critical patients were randomly divided into control group, 244 cases and the observation group, 244 cases; respectively, took the traditional nursing care and evidence - based approach to observe the incidence of diarrhea, the data were statistically analyzed. Results ： Diarrhea difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 005 ） , evidence - based care the incidence of diarrhea was significantly lower than traditional care. Conclusion： Evidence - based care approach to be effective in preventing diarrhea in critical patients to improve the quality of care.
