摘要
以中华芦荟为研究对象,比较了芦荟和食品防腐剂的抑菌作用。结果表明,高浓度的芦荟汁具有一定的抑菌能力,其抑菌效果与被测试防腐剂的抑菌效果相近。
The bacteriostasis effects of aloe and common food antiseptic were compared. The result shows that high concentration of aloe juice has antimicrobial ability and the bacteriostasis effects of aloe and antiseptic tested are similar.
