摘要
中温(37±2℃)条件下采用有效容积为6 L的UASB厌氧反应器处理某高硫酸盐、高CODCr的制药废水。采用投加CaO除SO24-的方法,对废水进行了预处理,废水中SO24-质量浓度从19500 mg/L降到5000 mg/L左右。CODCr容积负荷从1.2 kg/(m3.d)逐渐提高到16.5 kg/(m3.d),CODCr去除率从80%以上逐渐下降到40%。产气稳定,出水pH值稳定在7.5~8.0,VFA稳定在4 mg/L左右。
Under the condition of medium temperature ( 37 ±2 ℃ ) , a 6 L mesophilic UASB reactor was used to treat the high SO4^2- and high COD pharmaceutical wastewater. CaO was added into the wastewater to remove the SO4^2- during the pretreatment. The concentration of SO4^2-was reduced from 19 500 mg/L to 5 000 mg/L, the volume load increased from 1.2 kg/(m^3 · d) to 16.5 kg/(m^3 · d) gradually and the corresponding CODcr removal rate decreased from 80% to 40%. The gas production was Stable, pH of water and the VFA were stabilized at 7.5 ~8.0 and 4 mg / L, respectively.
