摘要
以阿基米德螺旋线塑件为例,应用Moldflow软件模拟塑件保压过程,研究了保压压力和保压方式对塑件翘曲变形的影响,并利用模腔压力测量仪测定不同保压参数下的模腔压力,得到模腔压力曲线。结果表明:保压压力对塑件的翘曲变形和体积收缩率均有显著影响;与恒压保压方式相比,分段保压使模腔压力均匀,塑件表面质量高,塑件体积收缩均匀。
Taking the moulded part of Archimedean spiral as an example, the packing process during injection moulding was simulated by Moldflow software. The effects of packing pressure and packing methods on the warpage of the moulded part were studied. The pressure curves of mould cavity was determined by measuring the mould pressure with different packing parameters. The results show that: packing pressure has obvious effect on the warpage and volume shrinkage rate of the moulded part; compared with the stable pressure-packing, the stage pressure-packing could make the pressure distribution in the mould cavity uniform, improve the surface quality of the moulded part, and decrease the volume shrinkage rate of the moulded part.
