通过对塑料油墨筒结构的工艺分析,介绍了该塑件注塑模具的设计要点,并对成型零部件、浇注系统、侧抽芯机构、脱模机构、模架等模具的主要组成部分进行了重点分析。生产实践证明该模具结构合理、动作可靠、操作方便。

Based on the analysis of the structure of ink cartridge of the fast printer,the design points of the injection mould of ink cartridge were introduced. The main parts of the mould,such as moulding part,gating system,side core-pulling mechanism,demoulding mechanism,mould base,and etc.,were analyzed in detail. The practical production proves that the mould structure is reasonable,action is reliable and operation is convenient.
