模拟按压手法腰椎运动节段三维有限元模型分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:应用三维有限元模型研究模拟腰部拔伸按压手法时腰椎内部结构变化。方法:使用ADINA有限元软件建立腰椎多节段三维有限元生物力学模型,模拟按压手法的条件。结果:当模拟按压作用力加至最大300N时,从椎间盘、纤维环、髓核位移变化综合比较得出:后伸10°位时临床治疗效果最好,其次为水平位时,最后为前屈30°位时的治疗效果。结论:应用三维有限元模型可以很好的模拟各种腰部按压手法的状态,并可以得到与生物力学实验基本一致的结果,为研究腰部按压手法作用机理提供了一个好的实验手段。 Objective:To study the lumbar structural changes using a three-dimensional finite element model when simulating stretching and pressing manipulation on lumbar vertebrae. Methods: The three-dimensional finite element model of multisegment of lumbar vertebrae was created by ADINA finite element software and the conditions of pressing manipulation were simulated. Results: Based on the comprehensive comparison of intervertebral disc, annulus fibrosus and nucleus pulposus displacement, with the force of pressure added to the highest 300 Newton, the best clinical effect was achieved at the position of 10-degree posterior extension, and then was the horizontal position. The least effect was at the position of 30- degree anterior flexion. Conclusion: The three-dimensional finite element model can simulate the pressing manipulation well on the lumbar vertebrae, and obtain approximately identical results compared with biomechanical research, which can serve as a good method to study the mechanism of lumbar pressing manipulation.
