蜥蜴散对胃修补术后残胃胃瘫治疗的探讨

目的总结蜥蜴散对胃修补术后残胃胃瘫的治疗效果。方法治疗组为13例应用中药蜥蜴散治疗胃修补术后残胃胃瘫病例,对照组为同期用西药治疗的21例患者。两组进行比较分析。结果两组患者经治疗均痊愈,平均在发病后21d(11-38d)恢复胃动力,痊愈时间两组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃修补术后残胃胃瘫经中药蜥蜴散及西药胃动力药治疗均可痊愈,无需再次手术。但中药费用较低,有开发前景。

Objective To summarize the lizards scattered patches of gastric remnant stomach after the treatment of gastroparesis.Methods The application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gastric lizards scattered patches of residual stomach after 13 cases of gastroparesis clinical data with this period of treatment with Western medicine in 21 patients were analyzed.Results The two groups of patients were cured after treatment,the average in the incidence of post-21（11 - 38） d restoration of gastric motility. Conclusion The gastric patch after gastric gastroparesis lizards scattered by the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment of gastric motility can be recovered without re - operation. But it is lower cost in Chinese medicine and there are prospects for development.
