摘要
目的了解肥胖程度与瘦素的相关性。方法选择149例空腹血糖(FPG)(7.0mmol/L者为研究对象,测量其身高、体重等,计算体重指数(BMI),根据BMI分为三组测定血脂、空腹胰岛素(FIns)及瘦素(LEP)等指标,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR),并进行统计学分析。结果(1)各组间FIns、Homa-IR有统计学意义(P<0.01),且随着BMI的升高,FIns、Homa-IR逐步升高;(2)各组间LEP有统计学意义(P<0.01),且随着BMI的增加,LEP水平显著升高;(3)LEP与BMI、FPG、FIns、Homa-IR呈正相关。结论在空腹血糖(7.0mmol/L的病例中,肥胖程度与瘦素及胰岛素抵抗存在相关性,且随着肥胖程度的增加,瘦素水平增加,胰岛素抵抗逐步加重。肥胖及LEP抵抗可能是导致糖尿病发生发展的重要原因之一。
Objective To explore the relationship between obese degree and levels of leptin.Methods 149 cases were divided into threegroups.Their plasma glucose(FPG) was less than 7.0 mmol/L.The height,weight,fasting lipid,fasting insulin(FIns),insulin resistance index(Homa-IR) and leptin(LEP) were measured.Results BMI,Fins,Homa-IR were significantly different between the groups(P〈0.01),and with BMI increasing,FIns and Homa-IR were increased;LEP was significantly different between the groups(P〈0.01),and with BMI increasing, LEP was increased; LEP was associated with BMI, FPG, Fins and Homa - IR. Conclusion When FPG is less than 7.0mmoL/L, obesity is associated with LEP and insulin resistance. There is positive correlation between the obesity degree and the LEP and insulin resistance. Obesity and LEP resistance may be one of the important reasons for occurring and developing of diabetes mellitus.
