冠心病患者超敏C反应蛋白和TC/HDLC检测的意义

摘要 目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和TC/HDLC检测对冠心病的临床意义。方法对稳定性心绞痛(SA)、不稳定性心绞痛(UA)、急性心肌梗死(AM I)患者和对照组采用日本OLYMPUS2700全自动生化分析仪进行hs-CRP和血脂检测。结果SA组、UA组、AM I组hs-CRP、TC/HDLC均明显高于对照组,其中AM I组比UA组明显增高,UA组比SA组明显增高,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论hs-CRP和TC/HDLC检测与冠心病密切相关,而且与冠心病的严重程度呈正相关,可以做为对冠心病病变程度的估测指标。
