摘要
由纳米粒子表面包覆不同类型无机物形成的具有核-壳结构的复合粒子表现出许多不同的性质.论述了三种主要的制备无机包覆颗粒的方法:溶胶—凝胶法、非均相成核法和非均相沉淀—絮凝法.首先分别介绍了三种方法的制备机理及一般的制备工艺流程;而后综合阐述了各自的研究现状;最后从包覆形态和包覆率出发,探讨了每种方法对制备完整形态的无机包覆颗粒的影响因素.
The core-shell composite particles show a lot of different and outstanding characters when they are prepared by coating other inorganic substances in nano-particle surfaces. This article has discussed three kinds of main preparation methods of the core-shell composite particle: The sol-gel method, Heterogeneous nucleation process and heterogeneous deposition process. At first, preparation mechanism and preparation technique process are introduced respectively. Then, the researching situation is discussed. At last, influence factors are analyzed to prepare the perfect Core-shell composite particles and to improve the ratios of coated nano-particles.
