摘要
以Raney-Ni为催化剂,对甲基硝基苯和苯甲醛为原料一锅法催化合成了N-苄基-4-甲基苯胺.考察了氢压、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量及物料配比等对N-苄基-4-甲基苯胺合成的影响,探讨了一锅法催化合成了N-苄基-4-甲基苯胺的反应机理.实验结果表明,以对甲基硝基苯和苯甲醛为原料一锅法催化合成N-苄基-4-甲基苯胺的反应过程是分二步进行的.优化的合成N-苄基-4-甲基苯胺工艺条件为:苯甲醛与对甲基硝基苯的摩尔比为1∶1.0-1∶1.02;Raney-Ni催化剂用量为5%(以对甲基硝基苯用量计);氢压为1.0 MPa;反应温度为353 K;反应时间为90 min.在此所选择的条件下,N-苄基-4-甲基苯胺的收率达99.1%-99.7%.
The one-pot catalytic synthesis of N-benzyl-4-methylaniline from p-nitrotoluene and benzoic aldehyde in the presence of Raney-Ni catalyst had been studied. The effects of hydrogen pressure, reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst content, molar ratio on the synthesis and the reaction mechanism for one-pot catalytic synthesis of N-benzyl-4-methylaniline had been investigated. The experimental results showed that the reaction process was in two steps. The optimum reaction conditions were as followed: molar ratio of p-nitrotoluene and benzoic aldehyde= 1 : 1.0-1 : 1.02, hydrogen pressure 1.0 MPa, reaction temperature 353 K, reaction time 90 min. Under the selected reaction conditions, the yield of N-benzyl-4-methylaniline was 99.1 %99.7 %.
