摘要
选择年龄相同的陶寒、陶本F1公羔羊与小尾寒羊、本地绵羊、公羔羊,在同等饲喂条件下育肥测定宰前活重、胴体重、净肉重、骨肉比等指标并进行比较分析。结果:陶寒、陶本F1羊宰前活重、胴体重、净肉重均显著高于小尾寒羊和本地绵羊,表明:应用陶赛特羊改良小尾寒羊和当地绵羊的经济效益显著,值得大力推广。
The contemporary ram lamb of first filial generation of Dorset and Han-sheep with small-tail, Dorset and local sheep,Han-sheep with small-tail, local sheep were selected and used to determine the slaughter weight, the dressed weight, 'the meat weight and the ratio of meat to bone and to compare and analyse under same feeding and managment and fattening. The results showed that the slaughter weight,the dressed weight and the meat weight of first filial generation of Dorset and Han-sheep with small-tail,Dorset and local sheep were significantly more than those of Han-sheep with small-tail and local sheep,suggesting that there was a sigmificant economic benefit when the Han-sheep with small-tail and local sheep were improved with Dorset.
