摘要
通过对提取方法和色谱、质谱条件的改进,建立了纺织品中富马酸二甲酯(DMF)的气相色谱——质谱联用测定法,探讨了样品测定过程中有关条件变化对测试的影响,得到了测试的适宜条件.该法回收率在86.3%-102%之间,样品中DMF质量浓度在0.05-5.0μg/mL,质量浓度与峰面积有良好的线性关系.标准曲线的回归方程为y=178 384 x-2 800,相关系数r=0.999 8,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6.9%(n=7).本方法操作简单、快速、准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于纺织品中富马酸二甲酯的日常检测.
A gas chromatography/mass spectrometry method of the determination of dimethyl fumarate(DMF) in fabrics was established by improving the extraction method and GC/MS conditions.Effects of measure-ment conditions on the determination was investigated and suitable parameters for measurement was obtained.The recovery rates of DMF were 86.3%-102%,DMF concentrations in the samples were 0.05~5.0 μg/mL.The concentration and the peak area had good linear relationship.The regression equation of standard curve was y= 178 384 x-2 800, relative coefficient r=0.999 8, relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 6.9%(n=7). The method was simple, rapid, accurate and efficient, had high sensitivity and good repeatability. It could be used in the routine determination of DMF in fabrics
