基于绩效技术的高校教师现代教育技术培训

The Modern Educational Technology Training of Teachers in the Universities Based on Performance Technology

通过把绩效技术引入到整个的教师培训领域,将人类绩效技术模型和教师现代教育技术培训的现状相结合,构建了基于绩效技术的现代教育技术培训模型,依据该模型设计了整个的培训过程,并根据高校教师教育技术能力标准,设计了高校教师绩效考评量表。

Through introducing the performance technology into the entire teachers＇ training domain and using the human performance technology model to the teachers＇ modem educational technology training,this paper designed the modem educational technology training model based on the performance technology.Then the whole training process based on this model are given out.Finally,according to the educational technique ability standard of the universities teachers,the author also designed the measurable table of the universities teachers＇ performance.
