通过改善围手术期方案加快股骨头缺血性坏死保髋治疗的恢复

Application of Fast-track Surgery in Promoting the Recovery of Hips with Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

【目的】通过改善围手术期方案加快股骨头坏死保髋治疗的恢复。【方法】对35例股骨头坏死患者,分别采用快速康复外科理念方案(新理念组17例)和传统治疗方案(对照组18例),比较两组患者术后住院时间、住院费用、开始下床活动时间和关节疼痛、活动范围、关节功能等指标。【结果】(1)两组患者均痊愈出院。与对照组比较,新理念组的住院时间、开始下床活动时间均显著缩短(P(0.01);两组住院费用比较,差异无显著性意义(P(0.05)。(2)两组患者治疗后的关节功能状况均有改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P(0.01);两组治疗后比较,差异无显著性意义(P(0.05)。【结论】快速康复治疗方案更有利于指导股骨头坏死患者的治疗。

Objective To observe the effect of fast-track surgery in promoting the recovery of hips with avascular necrosis of femoral head（ANFH）.Methods Thirty-five ANFH patients were divided into two groups： group A（N=17） received fast-track surgery,and group B（N=18） received traditional surgical regimen.Thepostoperative hospitalization time,hospitalization fee,leaving-bed time,joint pain and joint function were compared in the two groups.Results All of the patients in both groups were cured and discharged.The hospitalization time and leaving-bed time were shortened in group A as compared with those in group B（P〈0.01）,but the difference of hospitalization fee was insignificant between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The joint function was improved in both groups after treatment（P〈0.01 compared with that before treatment）,but the difference between the two groups was insignificant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Fast-track surgery exerts a better effect for the treatment of ANFH patients.
