摘要
高速电路中信号完整性现象正变得越来越普遍,而时序问题又是信号完整性现象中最为关键的一个问题,所以时序分析及仿真对保证高速PCB设计的质量十分必要.文章从理论上分析了一个高速信号系统中时钟线与数据线之间正确读写所需满足的时序关系.采用Specctraquest工具分析处理了一个实例中的时序问题,并从中得出了进行时序系统设计时所必需遵循的准则.实验结果验证了运用Specctraquest工具处理时序问题的高效性和实用性,具有非常大的推广价值.
Signal integrity is more and more widespread in high speed circuit. Timing problem is the most crucial issue in signal integrity phenomenon. So the timing analysis and simulation are very important to PCB quality in High-speed design. This paper analyzes the relationship between the clock and data in a high-speed signal system in theory. The Specctraquest tool is used to analyze and treat with the timing problem in a case. The guidelines that must be obeyed are summarized. The experiments show that Specctraquest tool is useful for dealing with the timing problem with high efficiency and practicality. It is worth to promotion.
