摘要
利用活化接枝法在球状交联聚乙烯醇颗粒(以聚乙烯醇为原料,戊二醛作交联剂,采用悬浮聚合法)表面引入氨基酸功能基合成了高分子螯合剂—含氨基酸环氧化交联聚乙烯醇,并采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱等对螯合物的结构及性能进行了表征.结果表明:该高分子螯合剂表面呈现球状结构,形成明显的空间网状结构,外表结构比较均匀,球状颗粒表面分布着许多较大的孔隙;有较大的比表面积,为76.3 m2/g,具有良好的抗氧化性能;合成的高分子螯合剂具有螯合重金属离子的配位基团,可以推断螯合剂对重金属具有螯合功能,螯合重金属离子后,生成稳定的螯合物,能有效地稳定重金属.
A macromolecular chelated agent, PVA cross-linked by a epoxy derivative with functional groups of amino acid was obtained by the activating-coupling method on the surface of PVA heads (material: PVA, cross-linking agent = glutaraldehyde method = suspended polymerization). The structure and performance of the chelate complex were characterized by SEM, IR and Soxhelt, respectively. The results indicated that the surface of the chelated agent presented a ball shape and an obvious space network structure with many macro-pores. The macromolecule chelated agent had high specific surface area (76.3 m^2/g ) and favorable capability of antioxidation. Since the chelating agent has ligand groups, it can be concluded that it has chelation to heavy metal ions and solidifies the heavy metal effectively.
