摘要
通过比较XDA-1,HPD-300,HPD-600,X-5,NKAII,D101,AB-8,HP-20等8种大孔吸附树脂对乌药叶中黄酮类化合物的吸附及解吸性能的影响,筛选出效果较好的HP-20树脂进行了分离纯化实验研究.实验表明,HP-20树脂能够有效地吸附和解吸乌药叶中黄酮类化合物,并确定了其最佳的吸附和解吸工艺参数.采用最佳的工艺条件分离纯化乌药叶中黄酮类化合物,其含量由18%提高到71%,为进一步开展乌药叶中黄酮类化合物纯化工艺的研究打下了基础.
Based on comparing adsorption and desorption characteristics of macroporous adsorption resins XDA-1, HPD-300, HPD-600, X-5, NKAII, D101, AB-8, HP-20 for flavonoids in Leaves of Lindera aggregata (Sims) Kosterm, HP-20 resin, one of the best macroporous adsorption resins, is chosen and used to do separation and purification studies. The results show that HP-20 resin can adsorb and desorb flavonoids well. The best technological parameters of adsorption and desorption are obtained. When the samples are purified by HP-20 resin under the best conditions, the content of flavonoids is increased from 18%to 71%. This provides a solid background on the further study of purifying process of flavonoids in leaves of lindera aggregate (Sims) kosterm.
