反思我国高等教育扩招——一种广义进化综合理论视角的分析

On the Reflection of Higher Education Expansion——A View of the "Evolution: The Grand Syhthesis"Theory

广义进化综合理论将社会系统的重大转变分为三种类型,按照这种划分方法,我国1999年高等教育大扩招政策的制定属于E分叉类型,而其后高等教育系统的发展则兼具T分叉和E分叉两种基本类型的特点。可以预见,由技术革新造成的失稳后果引起的T型分叉将决定我国高等教育的长期走向,而迅速膨大的经济和社会危机造成的E型分叉则决定其发展线路。

This article attempts to analyze colleges expansion policy and higher education development by using Evolution. The Grand Syhthesis theory. It concludes that the making of colleges expansion policy belongs to E-bifurcations while higher education development is characterized by both T-bifurcations and E-bifurcations. Higher education system will inevitably converge continually and will be very diverse ,multi-layered and more powerful.
