鸽Ⅰ型副粘病毒病 HI抗体水平消长规律的研究

Research on the dynamic characteristic of HI antibody for pigeon paramyxovirus type Ⅰ in the pigeon bodies

对鸽Ⅰ型副粘病毒病的ＨＩ抗体水平动态进行了调查，发现乳鸽母源抗体水平在１０日龄时最高，达４．４ｌｇ２；鸽Ⅰ型副粘病毒病油苗一免后可保持４个月的较高抗体水平；二免后可保持近１年的高抗体水平；三免之后激发的抗体水平只能保持半年的较高水平。由此提出鸽Ⅰ型副粘病毒病的合理免疫程序。

This paper has checked the dynamic characteristic of HI antibody for pigeon paramyxovirus type Ⅰ in the pigeon bodies,and found that it is the 10-day-old pigeon whose maternal antibody arrive at the top titer,4.4lg2;and it can remain four monthsat higher antibody level after the pigeon has been given the first inoculation with the oil-adjuvant inactivated vaccine against pigeon paramyxovirus type Ⅰ,nearly one year after the secend inoculation and only half a year after the third.Basis on the above results and the field practise,this paper also makes out a set of useful immunization program against the pigeon paramyxovirus type Ⅰ infection.
