摘要
目的观察利胆汤加减治疗胆囊切除术后综合征的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分成两组各50例，治疗组口服中药利胆汤，对照组采用西医常规疗法。结果治疗组总有效率为92．0％，对照组总有效率为80．0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论利胆汤为主治疗胆囊切除术后综合征有效。
Objective To study the effects of treating cholecystotomy syndrome with LiDan decoction. Methods All patients were recruited into a control group and a treatment group, with 50 patients in each group. The treatment group was taken with LiDan decoction orally, and the control group was treated with conventional western medicines. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 92.0% and 80.0% respectively, showing significant difference. Conclusion It was effective to treat cholecystotomy syndrome With LiDan decoction .
